COVID-19

Covid-19 policy

Here at Saint Aesthetix, we always put the health and safety of our patients and staff a number one priority. We are paying close attention to advice and directives from the CDC, the California Department of Health and the Federal Government for updates and regulations, and our response to the risks it poses is foremost in our mind.

We are so delighted that we are getting back to normalcy (at least for now), BUT we know we are not out of the woods.. just yet. So, we are still very cautious and diligent on our COVID-19 protocols and policies.

Our patient protocol:

  • When you arrive for your appointment you can come in and we will meet you at the front door with a hand sanitizer and no-contact thermometer to check your temperature.

  • Once determined that you are safe to stay in the clinic, please wait in the lobby until you are ready to be seen. We will also hand you our iPad to electronically fill out forms that you need to sign.

  • If you prefer to wait in the car,  please call us to let us know that you have arrived. We will then call you back once we are ready for you to come in.

  • Please wear a face mask/covering when you enter the clinic. We ask that you wear it the whole time you are in medical clinic and your provider will let you know when you can remove it for treatment.

  • If you are feeling ill or show signs of being unwell we ask that you reschedule your appointment.

  • When your appointment is over you can check out at the front desk to schedule your next appointment. If you prefer a private check out in the room just let your provider know and one of our staff members will come into your treatment room to schedule next appointments, check you out, and escort you to the exit.

  • We appreciate you and thank you for your understanding and patience while we all work through these challenging times.

What SA is doing:

  • We have educated our team to ensure that all staff understand the risks and means of transmission of the virus.

  • Saint Aesthetix providers will wash their hands and use sanitizer between each patient and multiple times a day.

  • We will be screening every patient upon arrival to identify and limit potential exposure to COVID-19 in our clinic.

  • Treatment rooms, surfaces, equipment rooms and devices will be sanitized/disinfected at a higher frequency.

  • All Saint Aesthetix providers and staff will be wearing masks. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are always available.

  • All items such as magazines, “tester” products, throws, and blankets have been removed from common areas and treatment rooms.

  • For your safety and ours, we are limiting the number of people in the office and intentionally staggering appointments to maintain and uphold social distancing policies.

What You Can Do:

  • Wash your hands frequently with soap and water for at least 20 seconds and/or use hand sanitizer.

  • Arrive wearing your own face mask.

  • If you are sick or have been in contact with others who Covid-19 positive, we kindly request that you reschedule your appointment, rest up and self-isolate to help stop the spread of Covid-19.

  • If you travel or have recently traveled, we expect you to follow CDC guidance about self-isolation: stay home for a period of 14 days upon your return and seek medical attention if you experience fever, cough, or difficulty breathing.

Again, health, wellness, and safety is our number one priority.  These steps along with your personal commitment will help us all play our part in keeping our community safe and our businesses open.  Rest assured that we are continuously monitoring, reviewing and improving our responses to the guidelines established by the CDC, Dept of Health, and other governmental agencies.

We thank you for your ongoing support.  Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.  We are looking forward to the day where we can go back to pre-Covid-19 days where we can all see our beautiful faces! So please, let’s do our part and let’s not mess this up! We are all in this together!

Much Love and Respect,

Saint Aesthetix
